1. Reservations:
1.1. Reservations may be made by telephone, facsimile or on line.
1.2. Reservations require a fifty percent (50%) deposit of the total value within 2 working days of booking with the balance received no later than five days prior to arrival. Failure to comply may
result in the reservation being cancelled and the deposit withheld by Jolee Accommodation.
1.3. Short notice reservations, i.e. less than five days prior to arrival date
are subject to full payment upon making the reservation.
1.4. Payments are accepted via most major credit cards, cash or direct deposit. Cheques must be received seven (7) days prior to arrival date. Cheques are not accepted for short notice reservations.
1.5. Full value of the reservation must be paid prior to receiving the keys.

2. Cancellations:
2.1. Cancellations made between thirty (30) days and five (5) days prior to the check in date will
result in the loss of deposit. Cancellations made five (5) days or less prior to the check in date
will be subject to payment of full value of the reservation. Rescheduling of reservation
dates
requires a minimum of thirty (30) days notice. Any additional reservation date changes will also
require 30 days or more notice and will incur a $100 fee.

3. Accommodation Duration:
3.1. Weekends are subject to a minimum two (2) night hire period, either Friday and Saturday
nights or Saturday and Sunday nights. Long weekends may be subject to either a three (3) or
four (4) night minimum hire period.
3.2. Overnight bookings are available mid week.

4. Accommodation Terms:
4.1. Check in time 3.00 pm until 8.00 pm. Check out is required prior to 12 noon or by special arrangement.
4.2. Via arrangement keys will be made available by either pick up or on site at Jolee
Accommodation on arrival.
4.3. Jolee Accommodation takes no responsibility for failure of utilities or
appliances. Jolee Accommodation will endeavour to have any
faults rectified as soon as possible upon being
notified of such faults.
No refunds will apply due to utilities or appliances not being available
during rental periods.
4.4. Jolee Accommodation takes no responsibility for the loss or damage of guests belongings.
It is the guest’s responsibility during the rental period to secure and lock doors and windows
when not in attendance.
4.5. Accommodation servicing and cleaning will be completed before and after the hire period
or by special arrangement for extended hire periods.
4.6. Additional cleaning costs incurred due to parties or gatherings may be charged to the guests. This additional charge will be at the sole
discretion of Jolee Accommodation.
4.7. Excessive noise or other behaviour complaints will be subject to one warning. Any further complaints will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
4.8. For health and safety reasons no smoking is permitted anywhere in any buildings. When
outside cigarette butts must be deposited in the disposal units provided.
4.9. No pets are allowed either inside or outside.

5. Damaged or Lost Property:
5.1. Jolee Accommodation must be notified immediately of any lost of damaged Jolee
Accommodation property. Guests will be charged reasonable costs for any repair or replacement
of any property lost, removed or damaged.
5.2. Jolee Accommodation requires a credit card imprint or card details and further reserves the
right to debit this account or seek other
form of payment for any additional charges incurred from
lost, missing or damaged property or additional cleaning.
